With over 5 years of experience as a CrossFit coach, I develop and conduct personalized training for athletes of all levels at CrossFit Lagos. I am responsible for most of the classes and creating Box's training schedule, ensuring that each student achieves their goals safely and efficiently.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with prominent professional athletes, both nationally and internationally. For two years, I worked on the physical preparation of athletes from the Portuguese National Synchronized Swimming Team, contributing to the development of their performance and conditioning.

This approach is ideal for water sports athletes, such as surfing, as it enhances strength, endurance and balance. Furthermore, it is highly effective for people who face joint problems, providing a low-impact workout without compromising on intensity and results.
I have extensive experience in the area of sports rehabilitation, working for several years in collaboration with physiotherapists. This partnership allowed me to learn and develop effective training methods aimed at the rehabilitation phases, helping athletes to resume their performance safely and efficiently.
